Grindex Salvador – Sludge Pump

The Grindex Salvador Sludge Pump is a compact, high performance submersible pump engineered to transfer light slurry, mud and water containing heavy concentrations of solids. Ideal for construction sites, industrial sumps and wastewater applications.

It can handle 50mm solids passage without clogging. Its robust construction includes a stainless steel outer casing, a Hard-Iron™ impeller for superior wear resistance, and an aluminium/polyurethane pump housing to maximize operating lifespan under harsh conditions.

On 3-phase units, Grindex’s SMART motor protection system provides automatic safeguards against phase failure, incorrect phase sequence, and high stator temperatures (125C cutoff).

Based on the same basic design as the drainage pumps, the sludge pumps come into action when the liquid gets dirtier than can be handled by the drainage pumps. The design of the Grindex Salvador sludge pump even permits converting between drainage and sludge models allowing you to adapt the pump according to the varying conditions.
