Payment is accepted via PayPal, Credit Card, Cheque, Postal Order, Bankers Draft and BACS.

Free delivery incorporates our standard delivery service to mainland UK Zone 1. Please see map.
All goods are shipped subject to our courier’s conditions and copies are available upon request.
We will happily ship to other areas of the UK (zones 2, 3, 4 & 5) but these areas will be subject to an additional carriers zonal charge. If your delivery address is within one of these zones then please contact us for these charges before purchase. Goods will not be shipped to these zones unless the additional charges have been paid.
We kindly request that any European customers please contact us before bidding to obtain shipping costs to your address. Goods will not be shipped to these zones unless the additional charges have been paid.
We do offer savings on carriage for multiple items delivered to the same address. Please contact us prior to purchase to confirm this.
Items will be normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment into our account and will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the parcels can be received. Our couriers will not leave packages without a signature. In the event of you not being able to receive the goods, our couriers may attempt to deliver your goods the next day which will result in further charges before the parcel will be redelivered. Should our carrier still not be able to make the delivery, the good will be returned to ourselves at an additional charge to the buyer.
We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days of product receipt. It must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Returned product is subject to a restocking charge of upto 30% and must be returned freight prepaid.
Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase then we kindly request that you contact us so that we have the opportunity to resolve your problem.
All items are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. Please obtain your proof of purchase for the life of the warranty as claims cannot be accepted without this.

The costs of shipping for returning the item under warranty may be down to you.
